Return Policy
Rafaello & Co provides 14 day guarantee for all  jewelry purchases made that were in stock at our store. and 7 day guarantee for loose diamond purchases. If, within this period, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item, provide credit for the amount of the merchandise, or issue a refund after deducting any shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
* No returns,exchanges, or refunds on custom made orders may be issued at all.
We accept all purchases to be sent back to us for adjustments if anything about the item was unsatisfactory.
